"Ok, and why is that so special?" you might be wondering. Well, I am only 18 years of age. That's right, I'm only 18. I just graduated from high school in June and am now attending a university about 25 minutes away from my house. Aside from that, I am also a legitimate candidate that is vying for 1 of the 2 seats that is up for reelection this year. Now while both incumbents are running to keep their seats, another gentlemen has entered the race as well. Therefore, this is a 4 man race (even though one incumbent is a woman).
Anyway, the purpose of this blog is to keep the whole world updated on my life and the campaign for the 30 days prior to the election (November 2, 2010). I want people to experience what goes on in a political campaign, and to make it interesting, it will be about an 18 year old's experiences.
I will try my best to limit my posts to 1 per day. If something comes across in my day as BREAKING NEWS, I may include more than 1. If you know of anyone else that would find this blog interesting, please feel free to share it with them. And I would love, love, LOVE to read your comments and take advice from you, especially people who've had experience with this.
